Our Team
Above is a portion of our team pictured during a residential security stabilization contract in a low income high crime rate neighborhood with a below average law enforcement response time. Photo was taken inside of a violent gang affiliated apartment unit after eviction following multiple shootings and assaults. The team conducted continued surveillance and information gathering until a case could be made for eviction. Partially edited to protect the privacy of team members.
Composed of diverse experiences with similar backgrounds.
Combined experience of the team includes overseas military service, corrections work, private security contracting, emergency medical services, and formal education in criminal justice, criminal law, weapons handling, use of force continuum, and traumatic casualty care.
Safety First Mindset with Liability Limitation as a priority.
The primary focus of our team is maintaining the safety of our client(s), team members, and assigned communities. Our agents are well experienced and highly trained in the utilization of de-escalation tactics and the Use of Force Continuum. We rely on John Boyd’s OODA Loop method of decision making while navigating high-stress situations. Our primary focus is to build strong healthy relationships with our clients and the community we are assigned to. We keep a continuous database of all persons contacted and carefully extract any information that may be of use to our client and our current mission.
While functioning in high risk environments, our agents are highly trained and capable of proactive threat identification and use of force. All of our agents are qualified to provide Basic Life Support and CPR through the American Heart Association, and some agents are formally educated and experienced in immediate response trauma care and life saving interventions. Our agents are punctual, tactful, presentable, professional, and respectful, highly attuned to situational awareness and rapid logical decision making. Our agents have the capability to blend in or stand out depending on the requirements of the client, and are fully equipped with all necessary equipment regardless of the environment or dress code.
